the list
i discovered a blog today about books it was all about books. and they were mostly the kind of books i liked to read..... ah ...and so the list grew!!
it's quite sad how i don't seem to have the time, money, or the space on my book shelve to read soo many books and yet ... i don't seem to care i just keep buying more and more books spending less and less time out in the real world and clearing more space on my shelves. before you know it I'm going to be one of those people who never leave their house... i must stop this madness.. need sunlight ... need social interaction.... ahhh.... dying.. bah hum bug ....
well while i work on balancing a social life and reading as many books as possible you should check out that blog i was talking about ... thebookbind.blogspot.com
maybe you'll find a book worth reading to.
july 4th
"it is easy to take liberty for granted, when you have never had it taken from you"
-Dick Cheney
Okay so i know it's late but i haven't been on the computer for a while... SO I'm gonna post now...
July 4th is the day that we (Americans) have put aside to celebrate our freedom. The day we give respect to those few men and women who have chosen to protect this precious land we call home. The day we eat hot dogs and hamburgers, have extra fries with ketchup and mustard mixed together while watching the local high school marching band march down the street playing something patriotic in the your town's parade.
July 4th is a day of fun and laughter, cheerful feelings, and family, but it's also a day of remembering how we've got to be where were at today all the wars we've fought all the loses we've had. All the times we as a country have fallen apart and all the times we've come together.
we should never forget what we have been through to become this beautiful, free country. Let's remeber to celebrate our freedom every single day!!
